When we first cupped the coffees from Orlando and Emilsen’s La Maria farm a few years ago, I remember we were completely blown away. I also remember they had different processing methods of the same coffee. We couldn't decide, so we bought the honey, natural and anaerobic. 

Sidra is natural processed and the variety showcase their classic signature flavors of very sweet black tea with extra honey. This sidra is more floral and has notes of honey and strawberry.
