The coffee comes from the West Valley region, specifically from the Cerro San Luis farm, run by the Chacón family. The farm is located at an altitude of 1,550 meters above sea level, where warm daytime sun is ideally combined with cooler nights, slowing down the ripening of the coffee cherries and allowing the development of a rich aromatic profile. The Chacón family specializes in growing select varieties and in recent years has become known for its precise processing and attention to detail. Gesha from this farm stands out for its purity of flavor, clear structure, and exceptionally harmonious expression.
