The H6 lot features the iconic Kenyan varieties SL28 and SL34, grown in high-altitude conditions ideal for producing clarity and complexity. What sets this coffee apart is its carbonic maceration natural process — a method in which whole cherries are fermented in sealed tanks with controlled CO₂ levels. This enhances the fruit-forward profile while preserving structure and sweetness.
