1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between DND Gastro Society GmbH (hereinafter referred to as BeanBank) and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when we accept the contractual offer made by your order through our order confirmation. This order confirmation contains the essential contents of your order and is sent to the customer by email. As well as payments via PayPal or on site.

3. Delivery, shipping costs

We only deliver to Switzerland.
BeanBank will deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the customer in the order. Unless otherwise selected, orders are sent by Economy Post and usually reach the customer 2-3 working days after receipt of the order.
BeanBank delivers the goods as long as they are in stock. If a product is no longer available, no claim for replacement delivery can be derived from this.
BeanBank accepts pre-orders. If a product is no longer available from the manufacturer, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any payment made in advance will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a replacement delivery.
In the event that BeanBank is unable to provide the service due to force majeure, it is released from its performance obligations for the duration of the hindrance. If this is the case for longer than one month, the customer can withdraw from the contract.

4. Retention of title

We reserve ownership of the purchased item until all payments have been received.

5. Prices

We reserve the right to make price changes.
Price differences between the online shop and the BeanBank retail shop on Europaallee are possible.
All prices include VAT.
6. Revocation
Coffee (food) cannot be returned by BeanBank for hygiene reasons.
All other products will be accepted for return within 14 days in their original packaging and unused, upon presentation of a purchase receipt. The return costs are borne by the buyer. 
7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The provisions of Swiss law apply.
The place of performance and jurisdiction for all claims in connection with your order is Zurich.
We are also entitled to sue at your general place of jurisdiction.
The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the remaining validity of the contract and these General Terms and Conditions.
