Cultivated in the high-altitude hills of Chirinos, this remarkable Geisha is a reflection of dedication, passion, and the endless potential of Peruvian specialty coffee. Produced by Elí Espinoza—who built his farm from the ground up after starting as a young coffee picker—this lot captures the pure essence of its unique microclimate.
Processed right at Elí's home at 1800 meters above sea level, the coffee undergoes a precise washed process, including a short pre-fermentation rest and a careful washed tank fermentation. Crafted with an omni roast profile to shine effortlessly across both filter and espresso brew methods, it reveals an extraordinarily delicate and sweet cup, led by fragrant orange blossom aromatics and the refined brightness of bergamot. A silky, sugary finish reminiscent of cotton candy wraps up an unforgettable tasting experience.
Clean, complex, and beautifully balanced, this coffee is a glowing example of craftsmanship and a true testament to the incredible quality emerging from San Ignacio.
